Enhanced

  • Training Center - Improved Performance through optimized data handling and caching strategies, including the use of lightweight AJAX requests, batched database queries, AJAX-based dropdowns, and Memcached caching. These updates reduced load times by approximately 48–76%, resulting in faster page loads and smoother navigation. Some pre-warm caching strategies were tested and removed due to performance regressions, with ongoing profiling and minor optimizations continuing.

The following improvement enhances system performance for a smoother user experience.

  • Training Center – Employee Summary Performance: The Employee Summary page in the Training Center now loads significantly faster. Previously, facilities with large staff rosters could experience load times of 10 seconds or more. This update improves how data is loaded, resulting in quicker access to Employee Summary information.

Fixed

The following fixes address issues impacting reporting accuracy and form usability.

  • Location-Specific HR Reports: Location-based HR reports (such as the Infection Control Report) now correctly display only users assigned to the selected location. Previously, reports could include users from other locations, leading to inaccurate data.
  • Incident Report – State Selection (Pennsylvania): Pennsylvania (PA) now appears correctly in the State drop-down when completing an Incident Report in the patient portal. This issue only affected the client-side view and did not appear in the Admin Office preview. The fix ensures all expected states display properly, supporting accurate incident reporting for all facilities.
