Users: Role Stacking

The Role Stacking feature allows users to access additional assessments, forms, permissions, and training depending on which additional roles they have been assigned. 

You can set these roles in the Access Manager.

Open Access Manager

  1. Once logged into Kipu Compliance, click Access Manager from the menu.

  2. Use the Search bar on the right side of the screen to find the user profile you want to update.

  3. In the Actions column, click Show next to the user’s name.

Edit User Roles

  1. After opening the desired user's profile, click Edit in the top-right corner.

  2. Scroll down and click on the Roles field to expand the drop-down menu.
  3. Click into the Roles field, Select all roles that apply to the user’s responsibilities from the dropdown.

  4. After changes have been made, scroll to the bottom of the page, and click on the Update button.

  5. A Green notice will appear at the top of the page to confirm the updates.
