The Location Compliance Report (LCR) serves as a centralized hub for tracking compliance with state and accrediting body regulations. It allows users to monitor regulatory requirements, associated time constraints, compliance statuses, and upcoming due dates to ensure all obligations are met efficiently and on time.
Please Note: Not all users will have access to the Location Compliance Report. Access is determined by user role-based permissions.
Access the Location Compliance Report
- Click on the Location Compliance Report located on the left side of the screen to open the main workspace for all compliance-related forms.
Filter the Location Compliance Report
You can Sort or Filter the compliance requirements specific to your organization using multiple functions.
- Use the filters at the top to choose between All, TJC (The Joint Commission), or State regulations.
- Use the Filter by dropdown to narrow results by department, if needed.
- The Column headers may be used to sort the results as needed.
- Time requirements
- Status
- Compliance status
- Due date
Note: Filtering by Due Date can help prioritize tasks that are time-sensitive.
Review and Complete Compliance Items
To take action on a task:
- Select Review on the right side of the item to expand details.
- The Row will expand displaying more information regarding the selected form. Here, you may review the tagged regulations associated with the form.
- Click the Actions button to open a dropdown list allowing you to:
- Complete the task
- Assign the task
- Duplicate the latest entries
- View in List View
Reminder: Examine the tagged regulations within the LCR. Each form is associated with a specific regulation. Clicking on one of them will open a pop up with more information regarding the selected regulation
