Completing an Anonymous Form

Anonymous forms allow users to complete and submit forms without needing an enabled account. This feature is typically used for surveys or feedback forms, ensuring confidentiality of responses while allowing for tracking and reviewing.

Find the Form

To begin, locate the form you want to complete.

1. Click the Search icon to search for the a form.
   
2. Search for the desired form, and click on the correct one from the list of results.
   

Add New Anonymous Form

Once you’ve opened the form, click Add New in the top right corner of the page.

1. Click Add New in the top-right corner.
   
2. In the dropdown, select Submit as Anonymous to submit the form without linking it to a user account.
   

Complete and Submit the Form

1. Fill the form out completely and accurately.
   
2. When finished, scroll to the bottom and click Save.
   
3. Click Submit to complete the process.
4. After submission, you’ll see a Submission Success message confirming that the form went through
