Regulations

Documents in Kipu Compliance are more than just static documents—they follow regulatory information and  to ensure compliance and clarity for your team. Each form may include regulations from accrediting bodies.

To view regulations associated with Documents:

  1. Click the Forms dropdown on the left side of the screen. Then, select All.

Note: This functionality is also available for Competencies, and HR Documents with attached regulations.

  1. Review the Regulations column. Forms with regulations will specify how many apply to them in here. Click on the number of regulations for more information on the active regulations associated with this form.
  2. The active regulations will appear in the Regulations window. Click on a regulation to view additional details.
  3. Scroll down to see linked information and supporting documentation.

Note: This functionality is only available for documents with attached regulations.
