How Do I Move Multiple Forms?

Issue

I completed my forms in the wrong location and now need to move them to the correct location.

Environment

Kipu Compliance, Role: Super Admin, Human Resources, Form: Policy Manager v.1

Resolution

Users with the Super Admin or Human Resources an access to both locations can transfer the form to the correct location.

1. Forms can be moved to a different location by selecting the checkbox for the forms you are looking to move.
   
2. After Selecting all of the forms that you are looking to move, click the blue bubble above the list of forms labeled SELECTED. From the drop-down select the option labeled Move.
    
3. From the pop-up window select the intended location the forms belong in. Click the button labeled Move to Selected Location to move the form(s).
