Managers can use the Training Center to view training activity for all users, and assign tasks to ensure compliance.
Required Permissions: Users must have either the Manager of Training Center permission or the Human Resources role.
Let’s walk through how to navigate and use the Training Center.
Accessing the Training Center
- Click on Training Center on the left side of the screen.
- From the drop-down, select View Training Center.
- The Training Center will open, displaying the Employee Summary by default.
- This drop-down can be clicked on to view the Training Center information for one user individually.
Reviewing Training and Quiz History
The Training and Quiz History sections help managers track completed trainings and quizzes across the organization.
- Click on the Date, Training/Quiz, and User column headers to sort training and quiz data in ascending or descending order.
- Use the Search fields to filter by form or user name.
Using the Employee Summary View
- At the bottom of the screen, you’ll see an Employee Summary section. Click Load Data to display the list of users.
- The Employee Summary Table allows you to view and filter by the following information.
- Training Status: Displays total percentage of required trainings completed.
- User: Name of the Employee
- Role(s): Role(s) assigned to the user profile.
- Assigned Trainings & Quizzes
- Completed: Trainings & Quizzes which the user has completed
- Not Completed: Trainings & Quizzes which the user has not completed.
Tip: Expand the list to show up to 100 users per page for better visibility.
