Why Do I Keep Getting Logged Out While Watching My Trainings?

Issue

Each of my trainings that I try to watch logs me out when I select the option to add my Certificate. Then I have to log back in and go back to the training to make sure it shows that I completed the training. Why am I being logged out while I'm still watching my training videos?

Environment

Kipu Compliance, All Users, Training Center

Resolution

For any user, if the option to complete the training was selected, when you log back into the Kipu Compliance program for your instance and go back into the Training Center, the training should show that it was completed.

Cause

This is a built in security feature of the system which is set to log out if no activity is detected within 15 minutes.
