How Do I Send a Survey to Someone Without a Kipu Compliance Account?

  • Updated

Issue

I need to send a survey out to be completed but they're not with the facility and don't have an account for me to link it to. How do I get this sent out to them so that it can be completed?

Resolution

Anonymous surveys allow users to complete and submit forms without requiring an enabled account. This feature is commonly used for surveys or feedback forms, ensuring that responses remain confidential while still being trackable and reviewable.

  1. Select the magnifying glass / Find in Kipu Compliance icon in the top right next to the FAQ's, notifications and your initials.
  2. From the pop-up click the search bar to open the drop-down.
  3. Within the drop-down click in the Type to Search field and enter the name of the form you need to send anonymously, selecting it when found.

  4. Select the down arrow next to the +Add New button to open the drop-down, then select the Submit as: Anonymous option.
  5. Copy the URL in the address bar at the top of your browser and paste it in the email to send to the Anonymous user. This will allow the person completing the form to open up a new one.

Tip:
You can print out a QR code for a form that you want people to be able to get to freely. Like the Patient Satisfaction Survey posted throughout the facility, or the Good Catch/Near Miss Survey in staff areas of the facility. So that anyone can submit one anonymously.

Important:
Not all Forms are able to be completed Anonymously but there are some and you can tell them by the drop-down arrow next to the Add New button.

Cause

Tracking survey submissions and data points within the forms is a required process to ensure accurate analysis and review of collected feedback.
