QuickLinks help improve efficiency by providing one-click access to important areas within Kipu Compliance. This feature is especially useful for users who regularly access the same forms or reports throughout the day, streamlining their workflows and reducing time spent navigating through the system.
Common use cases include quick access to incident reports, grievances, satisfaction surveys, and other frequently referenced compliance tools.
Adding a Quicklink
Follow the steps below to add a new QuickLink to your navigation menu.
- Navigate to the report you want to add as a QuickLink and copy the URL from the address bar at the top of your browser.
- Click QuickLinks in the navigation menu.
- Select + Add Quick Link.
- Enter a title for the QuickLink in the Add Quicklink window.
- Paste the copied URL into the URL field and click Save.
- The item now appears in the Quicklinks section.
Tip: Use clear and consistent naming for Quick Links so that they're easy to identify in the navigation menu.
Accessing a QuickLink
Once a QuickLink is added, it is immediately available for use.
- Expand the QuickLinks drop-down menu.
- Click on the desired QuickLink from the list.
- You will be brought directly to the linked page.
