Issue
How can I check on my employees trainings and see if they have completed all of their trainings or what ones are missing?
Environment
Kipu Compliance, Role: HR, Add On: Manager of Training Center
Important: Department Manager can ONLY see users within their Department.
Resolution
A User with either the HR Role or the added function of Manager of Training Center will be able to see other Users Trainings. If the user only has been granted Department Manager access they will only be able to see the users within their department within the location they are viewing for training status.
- Select the Training Center tab from the toolbar on the left. From the drop-down select View Training Center.
- Within the Training Center Employee Summary page, you will be brought to the employee summary this will allow you to oversee the employees' within the location by selecting the Load Data button in the top right of the Employee Summary at the bottom of the page.
- To review a specific user select the drop-down at the top left that says Employee Summary, then select the name of the user that you are looking to review.

Once the page reloads with that specific user's training information there are three different fields of note.
Training Compliance Score
This shows the amount of Required and Optional Trainings and Quizzes assigned and their progress on them.
Latest Activity
This will show the last 10 Trainings the user has completed and can be changed over to show the Quizzes that have been completed. To see more than 10 select the bubble with 10 and choose from the available drop-down.
Trainings
Required Trainings are ones that are assigned to the roles that are given to the users in their profile.
- From here you can view, upload any certificates for the trainings that have been completed outside of Kipu Compliance to satisfy the requirement, and if needed can push the training back to the user for completion by selecting the Force To Retake button.
Optional Trainings are any that your facility has deemed appropriate to complete but are not connected to any regulations connected to your accrediting body.
- From here you can view, upload any certificates for the trainings that have been completed outside of Kipu Compliance to satisfy the requirement, and if needed can push the training back to the user for completion by selecting the Force To Retake button.
Cause
This feature is typically used by users with the HR role to track their staffs trainings and remind them of items needing to be completed.
Tip: Assign a task to the User for that training to remind them.
