How Do I Manage Tasks?

I need to close out tasks that I've completed.

Environment

Kipu Compliance, Roles: All

Resolution

Any user with tasks assigned to them can manage their own tasks. Alternately the user that created the task can also be marked as complete by them, under the For Others section.

Dashboard

  1. From the Dashboard view within the Tasks section locate the task that has been completed and select the empty circle radio button to the left of the task.

  2. The task now moves to your Completed tasks.

To Do List Tab

  1. Hover over the To Do List tab in the left toolbar.

  2. Within the pop up select the empty circle radio button to the left of the task that has been completed.

    Please Note:
    Selecting the To Do tab will bring you to a calendar view of all tasks for the location. This can be toggled between monthly and weekly options.

View and Manage Completed Tasks

All users have the ability to managing their own completed tasks. Managing completed tasks is typically done by task sender or task receiver.

  1. Hover over the To Do List tab in the left toolbar. Select the blue text Completed.

  2. All past completed items will show here and can be unselected if completed in error by clicking on the circle with the check mark.
