Issue
When a user reaches the maximum number of quiz attempts (three attempts), the system blocks additional attempts until their previous quiz submissions are reset.
Required Permissions Only users with the Human Resources role can reset quiz attempts.
How to Reset Quiz Attempts
Follow these steps to locate the user and delete their previous quiz attempts:
- Click Training Center on the navigation menu on the left.
- Select View Training Center in the drop-down.
- Click on the Employee Summary drop-down.
- Find the user by scrolling or using the search bar. Click on their name once located.
- Scroll down to the Trainings section. Locate the quiz that needs to be reset. Click the red Quiz icon to view submission history.
- Click Delete next to each attempt to permanently remove them.
- In the pop-up window, confirm deletion of each attempt.
Once all previous attempts are deleted, the user will be able to create a new quiz attempt.
