Issue
A duplicate of a form was created and is not needed, how do I delete it? Or I added a form that was not needed, how do I delete it?
Environment
Kipu Compliance, Role: Admin Super User
Resolution
This can only be fixed by a user with the Admin Super User role. Start in the List View/Form Library. To get to the List View/Form Library View either select the Find In Kipu Compliance magnifying glass in the top purple banner and type out the name of the form or select the Forms tab from the toolbar on the left.
- From the List View/Form Library View select the blue Down Arrow button.
- Select the red delete option with the trash can.
- Confirm that you want to delete it by selecting the red Delete button.
- The page will reload and it will have been removed.
Cause
This can happen if the Duplicate Last Entry option was selected instead of the Complete Pre-Existing option.
