Training Center Overview
- The Training Compliance Score display is similar to the User dashboard, but it also shows the Required Progress percentage, in addition to Optional Progress.
- On the right side of the Training Center, use the Latest Activity section to review your most recent completed trainings.
- The Trainings section allows you to click on the Required or Optional Training folders to see all the available trainings based on the role(s) assigned to your user profile.
- Trainings with the green Training button have been completed, while incomplete trainings are red. Clicking on the red Training button will allow you to complete the training directly in the system.
- Alternatively, you may upload a valid certificate if the training was completed outside of Kipu Compliance by clicking the Upload Certificate button and uploading the appropriate file.
- As you complete required trainings, the system automatically schedules renewal dates based on your state or accrediting body’s guidelines. For example, if you complete Abuse, Neglect, Trauma, and Exploitation training, it will show as valid until the renewal date listed.
Important: You’ll receive system and email reminders at 60, 30, and 15 days before a training expires. If you do not complete the training by the expiration date, the system will alert the HR team to follow up with you.
