How Do I Upload a Document to a Form?

Issue

I need to upload a document to my Kipu Compliance form.

Please Note:
Any uploaded document will not pull into view charts or the reportable data. Due to not being manually entered into the fields to pull.

Environment

Kipu Compliance, Roles: All

Resolution

All users can upload documents to forms that they have access to if the field is present by following the below steps.

1. Within the Form locate the Upload field.

   
   

   Note:
   Some forms may require you to select a radio button to open up the download field. 

2. Select the blue Browse text, a pop-up will appear.

3. From the pop-up locate where the document is saved. Select it and then click the Open button.

   

   Note:
   If the form allows for multiple documents to be downloaded you will continue to see the option to browse and add.
